Lettlopi is a very popular Icelandic yarn, made from the wool of Icelandic sheep.
Icelandic sheep have two types of fibers: soft, warm inner wool and a coarser, strong outer wool. Lettlopi combines these, resulting in a yarn that is light and airy, very warm, and water-repellent.
